This turtle doesn't understand fish at all, apparently. I wonder if I ever will.
I'm also more disappointed than I figured I would be--but maybe that stems from the obvious ignorance I apparently have. Also, perhaps I just don't know how to make myself obvious. When I thought I was being obvious, I apparently wasn't. At least I didn't make a fool of myself, didn't say anything stupid, like I could have. I don't think the fish even knows, and that's okay with me.
Ah, well, there are other fish in the ocean. At least, that's what my high school math teacher used to say.
I hope there is.
If it makes you feel any better, fish don't understand turtles either. One sometimes wonders the purpose of having both in the same pond.
