Confused

I figured that I wasn't able to register for next semester's classes because of this semester's bill, and that may still be the case, but whenever I clicked on the "Registration Eligibility" link, it took me to the registration course cart. Hm. Still, I'm going to talk to my advisers today (the financial one and one of the academic ones). It would be nice to get registered this week, seeing as I'm a junior and there's particular classes I must get into for school to actually work properly.
